Our Terms and Conditions

As a locally owned and operated business, we’re committed to keeping your property clean. By booking our pet waste removal services for your home or business, you’re agreeing to the following Terms of Service. Please keep in mind that our ability to do a great job depends on a few things outside our control—like extreme weather, overgrown grass, or trouble getting into your yard. Ensuring we have clear access is your responsibility so we can stay on schedule!

Dog waste Removal:

Whether you need a weekly visit, a bi-weekly touch-up, or a one-time deep clean, we’ve got you covered. Our rates are based on a standard 1/8th-acre area. For larger yards or extra-wide spaces, a small additional fee applies to make sure we don’t miss a spot!

Accessing you Yard:

To ensure we never miss a cleanup, please make sure your gates are unlocked, functional, and clear of any ‘protective’ pups on your service day. If we’re unable to access your yard due to a locked or frozen gate, we’ll have to skip that week’s scoop, though the standard charge will still apply. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.

Weather Conditions:

Team safety and service quality are our top priorities. We may pause operations during lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or heavy snow/rain. We will reschedule your visit as soon as conditions allow for a thorough cleaning

Holidays:

To allow our team time with their families, we do not provide service on major holidays. If your pickup day falls on a holiday, we will catch up on the following week’s visit.

Billing:

Cards are charged on the day of service (cash is due upon arrival). If a payment is declined, service is paused, and after 7 days of non-payment, the property is removed from our schedule. Weekly charges will continue to accrue for 30 days to cover the cleanup of accumulated waste. Beyond 30 days, a ‘First-Time Cleanup’ fee will be required to resume service.

First Service Fee:

First-time and One Time cleanings are quoted on-site based on a visual inspection. Once you approve the quote, either in person or over the phone. We will process your payment and begin the service immediately. From there, we’ll keep your payment info on file and add you to our regular route.

Leaves and Tall Grass:

We take pride in our work, but tall grass and heavy leaves can occasionally hide waste from view. If your yard isn’t clear or mowed on service day, we’ll catch any missed waste during our next visit. If you find an unusual amount left behind, please reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Privacy Policy:

We collect basic info like your name, address, and pet details to give you the best service possible. Your information is for Firey Dumps LLC use only. We will never sell your data to third parties. We only share your info with trusted partners who help us process your payments or manage our systems. We may also share info if required by law or a court order.

Revisions to our Terms and Conditions

We occasionally update our service terms to keep things running smoothly. We’ll send you an alert for every update, and the newest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services counts as your agreement to these terms. Note that certain service-specific updates on our site may override these general guidelines.
